The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The annex provided everything we needed for a weekend getaway, with a short walk to both Fistral Beach and the town center and Newquay harbor. The hosts were friendly and even saved the day by giving us a ride to a wedding party when we couldn't find a taxi. The homemade scones with jam and fresh cream upon arrival were a delightful touch. The modern apartment was bright and the bedrooms were lovely.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the town center and Fistral Beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the underfloor heating downstairs was a delightful bonus. We were also thrilled to be able to bring our little dog with us. The hosts went above and beyond with their hospitality, providing fresh scones, jams, and cream upon arrival, as well as fresh strawberries and blueberries in our suite. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the guest book with recommendations and the availability of cleaning products.

We felt very comfortable during our stay, and the hosts were more than accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

just had the most amazing stay in newquay. fistral court villa was beyond our expectations. the owners were so welcoming and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. the rooms were clean and cosy, and the breakfast selection was fantastic. can't wait to go back!

Excellent location near beaches, golf course & town center. Spacious rooms with lovely courtyard and parking. Friendly hosts, easy to contact. Quiet at night. Loved our stay.

We also enjoyed the private outdoor area for relaxation.
